Let's just call this my Christmas card, shall we?

I haven't written about my children in ages. Thought you might like an update.

Joshua is 11 years old somehow. I don't know how it happened, but he went and grew up. I knew I should have quit feeding him years ago.

His angelic personality hasn't changed a bit over the years. He's still the sweetest, most thoughtful, caring kid in the world. He's also developed a (sarcastic) sense of humor a Miller could be proud of. He is also thriving in school this year, which is LEAPS AND BOUNDS ahead of last year with that rotten teacher who made him feel like a failure. This year's teacher encourages him, keeps me updated, and has taught him so much already. For the first time in a long time, I'll be sad to see her go at the end of the year.

Asher is 8 years old, and full of awesome. I can hardly believe what a sweetheart he's turned into. He was such a fierce child, I didn't expect him to have such a tender heart. If you were to meet Asher, you would find yourself feeling like you'd been friends for life, and he would have made friends with your baby and your dog as well. He's funny and so much fun, and the ultimate cuddler.

Max. Where do I begin to describe Max at 4 years old?

<
Max is my Wild Thing. No one has ever been named so appropriately (with the possible exception of men named Harry who happen to have lots of chest hair). Just imagine him saying, "I'll eat you up, I love you so!" Because, well, that's about how Max loves you. He loves you, but he'll show you by terrorizing you and then being as sweet as humanly possible afterward. (As my mom described him once, Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde.) He is full of life, laughter, and anger. I absolutely can't imagine my life without this little wild thing.
