Happy Birthday, Spicy!

Speaking of creepy, we had one of those servers last night. You know, the one who speaks like he's spreading hot butter on toast, with one eyebrow raised a bit and a smug smile on his face - because he is convinced you're swooning right now.

My amazing best friends took me out again for my birthday (every year, without fail, they never disappoint)! They picked me up around 8pm, not telling me where we were going, and we ended up at Cheesecake Factory (my favorite). First they gave me my gift, which was The Vampire Diaries: Season 2 (which I normally wouldn't admit that I love, but since we're being brutally honest...)

Andrea & Jamie
Then we went to the mall, where I bought my amazing new Clinique Acne Treatment foundation with my birthday money from MIL (thanks Michele!) and got some advice from a makeup artist. Then we went lingerie shopping, which was super fun, and I'm still lusting after zebra print heels.

The Cheesecake factory was just as good as I remembered, and our server decided to wink at me after every single statement he made. When it was my turn to get my Happy Birthday cheesecake (which, btw, was the FIFTH time they had to sing happy birthday while we were there), my server - what was his name? I'm afraid I can't say that I ever noticed - brought me my Hershey's cheesecake with HAPPY BIRTHDAY SPICY! written in chocolate and sprinkled with confetti.

"I didn't know your name, so I just wrote 'spicy'," he said, looking proud of himself.

Oh, and winking at me for the thirteenth time that night.

Amazing pot stickers and artichoke dip
Anyway, the girls and I had amazing food, tons of good conversation, and perfect cheesecake. Complete with a new nickname for me! I gotta say, it's been a while since someone has come up with something so original to hit on me... too bad he didn't notice the ring on my finger, eh? Not so observant, that one.

If Jenn had eyes this would be the perfect picture!

Thank you, girls!!! Best birthday ever, again
Even despite the creeper. :)
